One of the great problems in dealing with the media is putting a case to say there has been lack of balance in the broadcast or the presentation. Generally complaints or protests tend to be ignored or dismissed partly on the basis that it is purely a point of view and that they have had complaints from those on the other sides. Hopefully this tool gives a common form of more objective assessment.
